We pride ourselves on using high-quality materials, including 100% recycled 925 sterling silver and 18kt gold plating. All our pieces are ethically sourced and designed to be long-lasting.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized and engraved items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Anna Lou of London piece comes with a 12-month quality guarantee. This covers any manufacturing defects, but does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original pouch provided to prevent scratching.
